MEET THE CREATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS, CEO, CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Stephanie Rimka

I, Dr. Stephanie Rimka, BA, DC, BCN, am a bridge between ancestral wisdom of nature and technology gained from quantum biology, neurology, and electromagnetic research.

I utilize a variety of electro-photo-magnetic neurotherapies combined with fascia and bioenergetic trauma release and integration modalities to help restore normal cellular function.

By addressing the root cause of redox potential and electrical charge capacity throughout the body, I am able to help my clients overcome often disabling diagnoses of mental illness, learning disorders, and chronic illness.

I started my career in a mental hospital in Michigan working with schizophrenics and ended up focusing on autism recovery to help my nephew. My out-of-the-box, innovative approach to addressing complex problems with simple solutions comes from my core belief that every person is created from divine perfection, and all dis-ease stems from disconnection from entertainment of the natural environment.

I currently see patients in my private practice, teach group courses, and hold multiple seats on Scientific Advisory Boards for large health corporations, where I focus on large-scale education through course creation. I also consult and formulate supplements and advise on brain technology development for the sales field.

The people behind the mission

Stephanie doesn't do this alone.

Hi, I'm Stephanie.

Although chances are you'll end up calling me Dr. Rimka. Almost everyone does, even people I've known for ten years. I've stopped trying to figure that one out.

For the past thirty years, I've been chasing one question:

How do we actually help people heal themselves?

That question has taken me from working in mental hospitals to a private practice focused on autism recovery, and then to neurofeedback, peptides, trauma therapy, functional medicine, longevity research, and more continuing education dollars than I can probably count.

Somewhere along the way, I realized people don't just need more information. They need someone to help them make sense of it. That's become my life's work.

I'm a teacher before I'm anything else.

I love taking complicated ideas and making them practical, helping people think differently, ask better questions, and make more confident decisions about their own health.

Outside of work I'm just as curious. I'm a mom, an animal lover, happiest near the ocean, and always planning my next growth transformation. I love traveling, laughing until I cry, finding great food, and yes, I'm probably never saying no to really good mint chocolate chip ice cream.

If you've spent any time with me, you already know I'm serious about the science, but I don't take myself too seriously.

Life is hard enough already. Healing and learning should still be fun. Let's play more.

The way we do things around here.

Not a values statement. Just what you'd notice if you spent a week with us.

We ask questions.

We change our minds when better science comes along.

We change our minds when better science comes along.

We work hard.

We laugh harder.

We don't throw people away.

We don't throw people away.

We believe life was meant to be fully lived.

We take the science seriously. We just don't take ourselves too seriously.

We take the science seriously. We just don't take ourselves too seriously.

Your guides

The people you'll actually meet — on calls, in the community, and in the middle of a hard week.

Melissa

Lead health coach & head of operations

If you've spent any time around Team Rimka, you've probably heard me say, "Ask Melissa."

She's one of the people I trust most. If I'm dreaming up the next crazy idea, Melissa is usually the one figuring out how to make it happen, and gently reminding me that maybe we should finish one project before starting three more.

A former Marine Staff Sergeant, Melissa has an incredible ability to stay calm when everything around her feels chaotic. She doesn't panic, she doesn't overreact, and she doesn't waste time talking in circles. She asks great questions, solves problems, and quietly keeps all of us moving in the same direction.

Whether she's helping someone understand a lab result, answering questions inside our community, or keeping the entire business running behind the scenes, Melissa is someone people naturally trust. Steady, dependable, fiercely loyal, and genuinely invested in the people she serves.

Outside of work she loves traveling with her kids and seeing new places together. She believes experiences and the memories you make along the way are worth far more than anything you can accumulate.

Every team needs someone willing to call it like it is and help hold the pieces together. Around here, that's Melissa.

Kim

Neurotherapy division lead

Kim is my big sister, and one of the people I admire most.

Her journey into this work began when her second son — who also happens to be my nephew — was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Determined to give him the highest quality of life possible without relying on pharmaceutical drugs, she became relentless in her search for answers. Together we spent years learning, experimenting, asking better questions, and refusing to give up. Looking back, she jokes that her son gave her the best on-the-job training she could have asked for.

That experience shaped the way Kim cares for people today. She has a quiet strength, incredible patience, and a way of helping families feel understood during some of the hardest seasons of their lives. If you've ever spoken with her, you know she has a gift for making people feel calm, supported, and never alone.

Outside of work, Kim loves exploring national parks, being outdoors, and making things with her hands. She quilts, cans vegetables, and sews flannel pajama pants for her children and now her grandchildren every Christmas. She reminds me often that slowing down and paying attention might be one of life's greatest gifts.

Linda

Health coach

I first met Linda online after Dr. Shawn Baker told me, "You need to follow her." He was right. I've been a huge fan ever since.

Linda's passion for health began after years of living with chronic migraines. Like so many people, she eventually realized no one was going to care about her health more than she did. That realization sent her down a rabbit hole of nutrition, metabolism, gut health, supplementation, ancestral health, and eventually quantum biology.

One of the things I love most about Linda is her gift for taking complicated science and making it practical, approachable and delicious. If there's a way to make healthy eating simple, she'll find it, and probably create a recipe while she's at it. She has a particular passion for protein, muscle, metabolic health, and helping people realize that getting older does not mean becoming weaker or less capable.

Outside of work, Linda is happiest at home with her husband, their dogs and their chickens, spending time with her kids and grandkids, growing rudbeckia and pumpkins, or tackling yet another project around their little farmhouse.

Mostly, though, Linda just loves people. She believes everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin — strong, capable, and healthy enough to play, explore and enjoy the life they've worked so hard to build.
